1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time you receive your order confirmation email.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Should any significant delay occur, we will notify you promptly via email with an updated timeline.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, customs clearance procedures, adverse weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or local holidays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
Tracking information typically becomes active and viewable within 24-48 hours after the shipment is processed. If your tracking link does not update immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier to scan the package.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address, including apartment/suite number, postal code, and contact number, before submitting your order.
CHUN WANG CHAU shall not be held liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional reshipping fees will apply.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Lost Packages:If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged or Defective Items:If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photographs of the damaged item(s), the original packaging, and the shipping label to help us process your claim efficiently.
We will review each case individually and work diligently to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
6. Luggage & Bag Care Guidelines
To ensure the longevity of your bags and luggage products, we recommend following proper care and usage instructions provided with each item.
CHUN WANG CHAU is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, overloading, exposure to extreme conditions, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
7. International Shipping & Customs Duties
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Such fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for an estimate of potential charges before placing your order.
